Data Feeds are connection to third-party services or plug-ins utilized for your website. Some examples include Power Reviews, Google Product Search, Price Grabber, etc. Based upon your account setup with the third-party service, the Data Feed Manager exports related data.
The first step in establishing export feeds is to select and activate the feed type from the Data Feed Types table in the Technical Configuration.

In the Back Office, go to System Admin > Technical Configuration > Data Feed Types. |

Select the data feed product you want to setup by clicking on its radio dial button. |

From the Actions drop-down, select Edit and click on the Go button. |

The feed type fields become editable. Change the Active field from "n" to "y" and click the Save button. |

The feed type is now active. Go to the Data Feed Manager to setup connection to your account. Note: To de-activate a feed type, change the Active field from "y" to "n". |
Once a data feed type has been activated, use the Data Feed Manager to setup the connection from your Back Office data to the third-party service.

After selecting a Feed Type, additional FTP account fields display. The information for these fields is provided by the third-party service per your account. |
