In the Back Office, go to System Admin > Technical Configuration > Data Feed Types.

Select the data feed product you want to setup by clicking on its radio dial button.

From the Actions drop-down, select Edit and click on the Go button.

The feed type fields become editable. Change the Active field from "n" to "y" and click the Save button.

The feed type is now active. Go to the Data Feed Manager to setup connection to your account.

Note: To de-activate a feed type, change the Active field from "y" to "n".

Click on the Create New Feed button.

Complete the fields as described below.

Feed - Enter a label (name) for the feed type

Channel - Select the sales channel he data is to be exported from (Note: you need to setup separate feeds for each channel per each feed type)

Invocation - Select either the scheduled export or manual export option to send data

Feed Type - Select the type from the drop-down list (Tip: If the type you want is not listed, verify that you activated it in the Data Feed Type configuration table.)

Footer - An optional field used primarily for Nextopia feed.

After selecting a Feed Type, additional FTP account fields display. The information for these fields is provided by the third-party service per your account.

Click the Create button.

Based upon your Invocation option, your data is sent via a scheduled daily export or you can send it manually by clicking on the  icon in the Actions column next to the feed type.

All Data Feed activity is listed under the Data Feed Export section for your records.
