Modify Quantity and Delete Items

Order quantities can be modified within the Order Manager as long as they have not been Shipped and items can only be deleted if they have not been fulfilled with inventory.

Path: Orders > Order Manager > Order Items

Modify Order Quantity

Modify the Qty column for each ordered item quantity to be modified, then click Update Quantities.

Enter a zero in the quantity column and the associated ordered item is deleted from the order.
Click on the icon to increase the quantity by one count.
All promotional discounts and affiliate commissions are recalculated for the order based on current promotional rules and affiliate commission structures.
The quantities already fulfilled for the order will remain. Fulfillment of the additional quantities will be required prior to shipment.

Important: Quantities cannot be reduced below the quantities already fulfilled on the order.For instance, if an order item had a quantity of 5 that were already fulfilled, a user cannot modify the value to 4 or lower. Only increases in quantity are allowed on fulfilled order items.

Not been fulfilled

Delete the item from the Ordered Items section of the Order Manager. Click the icon.

Been fulfilled

Based on the whether it is Stock Inventory or Drop-ship, complete the following:

Stock Inventory:Follow Release assigned inventory process

Drop-ship

Call vendor cancel purchase order
Void purchase order in PO Manager
Refund any collected payment in Order Manager > Billing
Void order in Order Manager

Important: By deleting an ordered item, the following occurs: All promotional discounts and affiliate commissions are recalculated for the order based on current promotional rules and affiliate commission structures.
