View Order Promotions

From the order's Order Items screen, click on the Billing link.

The Promotions section displays toward the bottom of the screen only if any promotions have been applied to the order.

The following information is displayed for each promotion currently applied to the order:

Label - The promotion label.

Coupon - The promotion coupon code required in order for the promotion to apply. If no coupon code was required, nothing is displayed.

Applies To - Displays whether the promotion applies at the order or product level.

•  If the promotion applies at the product level, the product name of the ordered item is displayed.

• If the promotion applies at the order level, "Whole Order" is displays.

Amount - The promotional discount dollar amount.

Click on the Promotion Label link to review the promotion details in the Deal Manager.
