This section explains how to delete a shipment from the order. By deleting a shipment from the order, all inventory contained within the shipment remains assigned to the order, it is not released. The Release Assigned Inventory process must be completed in order to release inventory from the order.
Path: Orders > Shipping
Follow the steps below to delete a shipment to an order.

Click Shipping in the Order header. |

Click the icon of the shipment to be removed from the list in the Shipments box of the order screen. |

The system prompts you to confirm the deletion. Click OK. |
