If you choose to allow for oversells within your POS channel, your POS can be configured to allow that. Contact Customer Support so that the following two configuration settings can be adjusted appropriately.
Below are images of where those two configurations live in the Technical Configuration tables so you can verify for yourself as needed. You can't change them but it does give you the view to how they are currently setup.
