Use the Grid Transfer Builder for grid-based products that need to be viewed in a grid format.

The information that is contained in the Grid Transfer screen includes basic transfer information, Grid product SKUs, and a list current SKUs for the transfer.
Follow the steps below to build a grid transfer.

In the Transfer Information box, enter the information into the fields as described below.

Confirm the entered information is correct and click on the Create New button. |

In the Add
Grid Product SKUs box, either enter the Product ID or search
for the SKU using the SKU ID Picker |

From the SKU ID Picker, enter the search criteria, click Search and then select the desired Product from the Search Results list. |

The Product ID displays in the field. Click Use This Product and the SKU is listed in the In This Transfer box. Repeat the above steps for all SKU to be included in the transfer. |

A Product SKU selection window displays the available inventory for each product configuration (such as sizes, colors, etc.). All unavailable configurations are greyed-out with "N/A". Enter the Quantity needed for each product configuration from the options provided. The Quantity field turns yellow when you click into it. |

When all needed options have been selected, click Add Selected SKUs.

The system prompts you to confirm the new SKUs, click OK. |

The selected SKUs display in the In This Transfer box. Any SKUs selected that do not have available inventory are highlighted in pink and with and exclamation sign. By default, inventory will be created so that you can continue with the transfer. You can choose to prevent inventory from being automatically created from source warehouse when insufficient inventory is requested. This is managed through a system setting under Products/Labels > Products > Allow Transfer Builder to Create Inventory If Not Available. Select NO to prevent inventory from being created, the default is YES. An error message will display, "Not enough inventory of what you're trying to add."

Repeat
the above steps to add additional SKUs to the Transfer. Click

Depending on your permission level as determined by your role, the Create Transfer button and/or the Send to Transfer Queue button both display.

Click the Send to Transfer Queue button and the system prompts you to confirm, click OK.
