Individual order items can be added to the SOI cart from the Recent Order Items tab in the customer's order history.
Displays all previously ordered items with configurations
Sortable by Order Number or Product Name
User can update quantity to be added
Click either "Add To" button depending on price preference
Copies configurations for each order item, if applicable
If any item is no longer active, then displays error, “The selected product is no longer active and cannot be added to this order.“
You can select additional Product Attribute fields to display under this tab from System Settings >Channels > SOI > Fields to Display in Recent Order Items.
