Sample Import
  1. It is recommended that you create an individual rule per % - per state and pipe delineate all of the zip codes for each state %.
  2. Many of the states will have just one % for each zip code within that state. Others like California, have multiple %'s dependant upon the zip code within that state. For states with just one % throughout, you do not need to supply zip codes. For the others like California, you would create one Rule per % and include the appropriate zip codes pipe delineated in the zip_code_list column.
