Dispatchtrack

Dispatchtrack is a 3rd party service used for managing last mile delivery logistics. The CORESense Dispatchtrack integration will send all shipments with a ship date of today (00:00:00 to 23:59:59) where their orders have a status from the 'Dispatchtrack Order Statuses' system setting and that have a shipping method in the 'Dispatchtrack Shipping Methods' system setting.

The shipments will be sent in an xml file as follows:

- Delivery Date will be in YYYY-MM-DD format. It will use either order\_data.custom\_delivery\_date if found, otherwise will use the shipment's order shipping detail's estimated delivery date. - The file will have multiple 'service\_order' for each shipment, as well as multiple 'item' for each item on the shipment.

Field	Description
Dispatchtrack Code:	This is obtained on the Account Info page within the Settings tab in your Amazon Seller Central account. It is normally found at the bottom of this page labeled Your Merchant Token and starts with a M_.
Dispatchtrack API Key:	This is obtained by signing up for the Amazon MWS at https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/mws/index.html. As part of the signup process, you will need to authorize CORESense to access your account with MWS by selecting the "I want to give a developer access to my Amazon seller account with MWS radio button. The CORESense developer account identifier is 8781-8843-0209. You will need to enter this developer account identifier to authorize CORESense to access your account. On the last page of the MWS sign-up process, you will see your Merchant ID and Marketplace ID.
Dispatchtrack Account ID:	See Merchant ID description.
Dispatchtrack Service Type:	Select Delivery, Pickup or Service from the drop-down list.
Dispatchtrack Order Statuses:	Multiselect CORESense Order Statuses to be use as crtieria for inclusion in the export.
Dispatchtrack Shipping Methods:	Multiselect CORESense shipment methods to be use as crtieria for inclusion in the export.
