ShipWorks

Perform the following to setup ShipWorks Integration:
- Download and Setup ShipWorks
- Create a ShipWorks Store in CORESense using form below
- Follow these instructions from ShipWorks to add a store in ShipWorks using a Generic Module platform
  - Enter the Username and Password you specified for the ShipWorks Store created in CORESense
  - The Module URL uses the following structure:
    - https://office-<backoffice name>.coresense.com/services/shipworks/Store{InsertStoreId}/shipworks.php
    - example: https://office-<backoffice name>.coresense.com/services/shipworks/Store1/shipworks.php

Field	Description
User name	This is obtained on the Account Info page within the Settings tab in your Amazon Seller Central account. It is normally found at the bottom of this page labeled Your Merchant Token and starts with a M_.
Password:	This is obtained by signing up for the Amazon MWS at https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/mws/index.html. As part of the signup process, you will need to authorize CORESense to access your account with MWS by selecting the "I want to give a developer access to my Amazon seller account with MWS radio button. The CORESense developer account identifier is 8781-8843-0209. You will need to enter this developer account identifier to authorize CORESense to access your account. On the last page of the MWS sign-up process, you will see your Merchant ID and Marketplace ID.
Company info:	Enter name, address and website of your business.
Shipments meeting all the following criteria will be exported to, and shipped using, ShipWorks.
Channels:	Select the channels where Shippo will be used. If no channels are selected, shipments for orders from all channels will be exported to ShipWorks.
Order Statuses:	Shipments of Orders in the selected statuses will be considered for export to ShipWorks. If no order statuses are selected, only shipments for orders in the defined 'In Shipping' order status will be exported (defined in System Settings Manager => Order Lifecycle Management => Automation => Inventory Sourcing Automation => Resulting Order Statuses => In Shipping).
Shipping Methods:	Shipments using one of the selected Shipping Methods wll be shipped using ShipWorks.
Shipment Statuses:	Shipments in a selected status, will be exported to ShipWorks. If no shipment statuses are selected, shipments for shipments in 'new', 'picking' or 'packing' will be exported to ShipWorks.
Warehouses:	If no warehouses are selected, shipments for orders from all warehouses will be exported to ShipWorks.

Click Add ShipWorks Store to save settings.

ShipWorks Shipping Method Mapping

Description

ShipWorks Mapping:

Map CORESense Shipping Method to ShipWorks Carrier Field and ShipWorks Service Used Field.

Click Add Mapping to map an additional Shipping Method.

Edit any mapped field and Click Update to save the change(s).

Click 'x' to delete a mapping.
