ReadyShipper (formerly known as TrueShip ReadyShipper) is a third-party shipping software application that is integrated with CORESense . ReadyShipper supports shipping via various carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL. ReadyShipper pulls shipments from CORESense via ODBC and pushes shipment notifications via XML to a defined directory for import into CORESense. When the XML file is imported the shipments and orders are updated accordingly in CORESense.
Shipping methods in CORESense can be designated to use TrueShip and if so, then any shipment using that method will be shipped through TrueShip.
The steps below detail the process for exporting Shipments into TrueShip, printing labels, and importing shipments into CORESense.

An export script, which runs every 15 minutes, places any Shipment that is in the 'Packing' status into the trueship_export table, making the shipment information available via ODBC connection to the ReadyShipper for shipment. |

ReadyShip uses an ODBC connection to pull shipments from the trueship_export table in CORESense. In order to setup the ODBC connection you will need read only access to the trueship_export table. To get this you must submit a request to CORESense support for such access. CORESense will need the IP address of the computer that hosts ReadyShipper.
Once you have those credentials goto https://readycloud-crm.helpscoutdocs.com/article/113-how-do-i-import-orders-via-odbc for information on how to set up the ODBC connection in ReadyShipper. As part of the setup you will need to map the fields in the CORESense trueship_export table to ReadyShipper. Following is the recommended mapping:

ReadyShip can export the tracking information to a directory on a FTP server for import into CORESense. Each CORESense client has FTP access to their server and if you do not know what your credentials are, you can request them through CORESense Customer Support. Once you have those credentials, you need to log into the server and create directories for both the import and archiving of the tracking XML files.
