Shipping Regions

The Shipping Regions tool helps you to organize your shipping methods according to geographical regions. It provides a filter for the methods that are setup within your Back Office. The steps below demonstrate how to setup shipping methods from scratch and how to add a new one.

Setup Shipping Regions

Follow the steps below to setup your Shipping Regions.

Step	Action
1	Goto https:www://office-<client_name>.coresense.com//tools and click on the Shipping Regions.
2	Select the Interface Channel you want to view from the drop-down list and click Continue. Do not select the Default option unless you are creating a new interface channel.
3	Enter the number of regions you want to create for the selected interface and click Continue.
4	The system builds a region box for the number of regions you identified.
5	Enter a Name for the region and select the Country it is located in.
6	Select the States within that region by using the <Crtl> key.
7	Select the Shipping Methods within that region by using the <Crtl> key.
8	Repeat these steps for region box you are creating and click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.

Add Shipping Method to Shipping Region

Follow the steps below to add anew shipping method to your Shipping Regions. NOTE: You need to first create the new shipping method in the Shipping Method Manager.

Step	Action
1	Goto https:www://office-<client_name>.coresense.com//tools and click on the Shipping Regions.
2	Select the Interface Channel you want to view from the drop-down list and click Continue. Do not select the Default option unless you are creating a new interface channel.
3	Click Continue.
4	For each region you need to select the new shipping method. Be sure to hold your CTRL key down when selecting otherwise you will overwrite any methods that were already highlighted.
5	Click the Save button at the bottom of the screen. Repeat steps for each interface that you rare updating.
