Mailgun Webhooks

CORESense has leveraged the Webhook functionality that Mailgun uses to manage bounced emails. This feature will return any bounced emails back to the identified  "FROM" email address. Bounced emails were previously only available from the Mailgun control panel Event Viewer. This has been setup for all Mailgun clients who are using the CORESense domain, no action is required and is setup during your implementation. However, If you have a direct  Mailgun account with your own API Key, you can go to Mailgun Control Panel > Bounces > Webhooks to setup this feature.

Email Management

To review any bounced emails, click on the "envelope" icon on the tool bar to open the Email Management screen. Based on how you have your outbound email organized within the Email Manager folders, bounced emails will route back to a designated folder or land in the Miscellaneous folder.

PowerReviews

This allows clients that are implementing Power Reviews Express a way to set the CRON to download the test files prior to launch in order to test functionality.

The default setting is "Production", and once switched to "Testing,", the CRON uses the pwr_test.zip instead of pwr.zip from the FTP download site.
