Image Generation Tool

The Image Generation tool  is used to format and size thumbnail and main website images based off an originating "large" image. After placing the large image for each product on your FTP site in the common/images/products/large/ directory. Images can also be uploaded for the standard product images (Large, Main and Thumbnail) from a local file to the FTP from within the Product and Category Managers. It is available to be added as part of an "image set" that is then sized according to pixels and quality.

The image generation tool uses the largest image in the image set to generate all of the smaller images in the image set.
