EdgeExpress Pay Page

Overview

This topic covers the implementation of EdgeExpress Card Not Present (CNP) Pay Page in your CORESense ecommerce website. The Edge Express Card Not Present API gives merchants the ability to process ecommerce transaction on a secure, customizable, web-hosted pay page without the security risks of handling card data on their ecommerce website.

Even though the Pay Page looks like it’s part of the your website, it isn’t. It’s hosted by the OpenEdge, and sensitive payment data is never entered into or stored on your website or back office. This feature gives you the additional advantage of minimizing Payment Card Industry (PCI) scope. Because payment data never flows through or is stored in CORESense, OpenEdge ensures PCI compliance on all transactions, saving your team time and effort.

Implementation

Template Changes

Changes are required to the paginated_checkout and credit_card_fragment templates. Both are found in the Checkout folder. The changes are highlighted in mint green in each of the following pdf document.
