The Reserved section of a SKU displays a list of all reserved inventory including the sales channel or order to which it is reserved. From this section, it is also possible to release reserved inventory.

From the Inventory Manager, perform a search of the SKU. Click on the icon of the desired SKU.

In the SKU header, click on the Reserved link. Note: If the Reserved link does not exist in the SKU header, the Reserved inventory level is 0 (zero) as no reserved inventory currently exists. |

The following describes the information columns displayed within the SKU Reserved section. Reserved For - Displays the sales channel or order number for which the inventory is reserved. Warehouse - The warehouse from which the inventory is reserved Quantity - The quantity of reserved inventory Release Quantity - The field to enter an amount of reserved inventory to be removed from Reserved status. |

Click the Order# link to view the associated order. |

To release a portion of the Reserved inventory, enter a quantity in the Release Quantity box, and click the Release Inventory button. To release all the reserved inventory, click the icon and the full quantity is populated in the box. Click the Release Inventory button to complete the action. |

Go to the Order Items section and locate the item released from reserved. The X icon is active and can be used to remove item from order. |

Check the Transaction Summary to verify any Balance adjustment that was made and correct it in the Billing section of the order. |
