Recurring Orders on Website

Once the recurring order functionality is setup and products are identified as available for recurring order scheduling, customers can add these products to an order from the website.

From the website shopping cart, recurring order items can be assigned the frequency schedule per line item under the Recurring Order? drop-down.

NOTE: For multiple items, if the schedule and/or shipping address is different, each combination will generate a separate shipment.

Once all items are added to the cart, the customer goes to checkout and either logs in or creates an account. Once an account is associated with the order, the order can be managed from the My Account screen.

Once payment is complete the Order Summary identifies each line item with its recurring schedule frequency (for verification) or as one time only.

The My Account screen allows the customer to Edit, Suspend or Delete order items.

The following fields can be updated for a recurring order. NOTE: All changes impact all future recurring orders. The Back Office is also immediately updated with any changes.

Recurring Orders are managed by customer service staff from the customer account once an order has been submitted.
