CORESense Product Reviews

This is an in-house CORESense product review tool that provides customers an opportunity to submit website product feedback that includes features such as entering, displaying, and rating products. The functionality is also part of the page content, which provides SEO benefits. To implement this feature, submit an enhancement request via the customer portal.

Product Review Manager

Once the Product Review feature has been setup, a Product Review Manager is available under the Products tab. This manager allows you to review any submitted product reviews before they post to the website.

The manager tabs work as follows:

Pending: Holding space for all product reviews for end user follow up.

Approved: List of all reviews that were reviewed internally, approved, and display on website.

Rejected: List of all reviews that were reviewed internally, not approved, and do not display on website.

All: The completed list of all product reviews.

Edit Reviews

Click on the icon to edit a customer product review.

Note: User must have the Product Review Manager - Edit Submission Date permission to be able to edit the Submission Date.
