The Account Mapping section is used to map CORESense Accounts to imported QuickBooks Charts of Accounts.

Select the desired configuration from your list and click the icon. |

From the top menu, click on the Account Mapping link. Under the Account Mapping section complete the following:
Note: Multiple CORESense Accounts can be mapped to a single External Account, but you cannot map a CORESense Account to multiple External Accounts. |

From the Account Mapping List, click on the icon to edit a mapping. This is used to correct a mistake or if you make a change to a QuickBooks Account Name, add a new Product Type or Merchandise Hierarchy value, or make a change to an existing Product Type or Merchandise Hierarchy value. Important: T he Account Name in the export must match exactly the corresponding Account Name in QuickBooks. There cannot be any extra spaces or characters. If the Account Names do not match, you will receive an error message from Transaction Pro Importer 4.0 to that effect and the import into QuickBooks will fail. |

Click on the icon to delete a mapping. |
The Exports section is used to generate the export file.

From the top menu, click on the Export link. Enter the Start Date and End Date. The Start Date and End Date correspond to the revenue recognition date under accrual based accounting. |

You can export PO receiver information into QuickBooks (via Transaction Pro) for accounts payable. (for file format and process instructions, reference http://blog.baystateconsulting.com/index.php/2012/01/20/import-bills-into-quickbooks-using-transaction-pro-importer-5-0/.).

You will be prompted by your browser to view or download the file. You can then download the file to you local disk. |
