Product Type Information

Product Type Attributes are attributes associated to a specific product type, for example, footwear, food or sports equipment. Example: A baseball bat contains attributes such as size, material, and skill group.

Although all Product Types share the same General Attributes such as an image and general description, they have their own attributes specific to their assigned Product Type.
Product Types are assigned to a product in the Product General Attributes section.
Product Types and Product Type Attributes are defined as part of the standard CORESense implementation process. To add or update Product Types and Product Type Attributes, contact CORESense Support.

Product Type Attributes

In the Product header, access to the attributes are located via Product Type Information , where Product Type is the name of the product type associated to the product. For the purposes of this section, the header is customized to Footwear Information.

Step	Action
1	From the Product Manager screen, click on the <Product Type> Information link.
2	If the Product Type Information link does not appear, the associated Product Type does not contain Product Type Attributes. The Footware (Product Type) Information section appears as shown.
3	For each field, enter the requested Product Type Attributes or make edits as needed.
4	Click Update at the end of the list.
