Description

IHA Orders

Lists all IHA sales.

IHA Returns

Lists all IHA returns.

IHA Total

Lists both IHA sales and returns.

IHA Balances

Lists the remaining IHA balance for all customers within a specific brand. Customers with balance of $0 are not displayed. Customer Number links to the customer account page that displays the IHA information.

IHA Overrides

Lists products that were manually added to an IHA based on based on management permission to “Authorize” a product into an IHA Order even though the product to be purchased is not assigned in the IHA Department.

Orders and Returns Reports

Options include ability to filter, group, sort and display results by IHA.

IHA Total Report

The IHA Total report combines Sales and Returns information. Follow the steps below to run the IHA Total Report.

Choose IHA Total from the Standard Reports drop-down list and click the Select Report button.

Additional configuration boxes displays for you to customize the report. In the Date box, select a date range for the report.

The Filters box allows you to view specific IHA accounts or view them all together. Click on Enable to select a specific account to report on.

The Results box allows you to select which information you want displayed in the report. It defaults to all options being selected so uncheck those you do not want to display.

Authorizing Signature - Signature of account holder (employee)

Configurations - List of all the purchased product configurations

Employee Paid – Amount the IHA employee paid out of pocket.

First Name – The first name of the ‘child account’ owner who is making the IHA purchase

Grand Total - Total of all sales for designated time period.

IHA Billable Amount – The amount the retailer will charge the IHA

Last Name – The last name of the ‘child account’ owner who is making the IHA purchase

Order Number – The Order Number assigned to the IHA purchase

Product/SKU - List of Product/SKUs sold in IHAs

Purchase Date – The date the IHA purchase is made.

Return Configurations - List of all the returned product configurations.

Return Date - The date the return is processed.

Return First Name - The first name of the ‘child account’ owner who is making the IHA return.

Return Last Name - The last name of the ‘child account’ owner who is making the IHA return.

Return Number – The transaction number assigned to the return.

Return Order Number – The Order Number associated to the IHA return.

Return Product/SKU - List of Product/SKUs sold in IHAs for the return.

Return Refund Amount – The total dollar amount being refunded to the In-House Account.

Return Refund Total – The total dollar amount being refunded to the In-House Account.

Return Refund Type – The method of payment.

Sales Tax - Sales tax associated with IHA sales.

Total Amount Spent – Total spent by the IHA employee. Can be equal to, less than or greater than the allotment. If the amount is greater it will be reflected in the ‘Employee Paid’ field.

The Grouping box does not apply to this report.

Once you have configured all of the options for your report, you can name it by entering a name in the Report Name field in the Report Saving box. Click Save New Report and the report is automatically added to the Saved Reports drop-down list for future use.

To run the report, click on Run in the IHA Orders box at the top of the screen. You can also export it in an CSV format from this area.
