From the Customer Manager you can view Loyalty Card information, add, modify or delete a Loyalty Card and combine points from multiple Loyalty Cards for a specific customer record. Points are earned from each sales channel that has an associated Loyalty Program and are tied to the Customer ID.
The tasks that can be performed in the Customer Manager include:

Follow the steps below to edit the Loyalty Program for a specific customer.

Search for your customer in the Filter Customers box on the Customer Manager page. |

Click on the Customer ID link of the customer record you want to view. |

Click on the Loyalty Card link from the available options on the Customer Information screen. |

Click on the icon to edit the customer's loyalty card record. |

The Edit screen allows you to update a card, add a barcode, or combine loyalty cards. |

To update a customer's Loyalty Card, enter the number of points in the Points field and click Update. System will manually generate loyalty rewards for a customer after editing their points in the Customer Manager. |
CORESense allows you to add additional loyalty codes (barcodes) to a single Loyalty Card account. There are a couple reasons why you might want to do this:
A customer wants to add multiple Loyalty Cards to his account so that each member of his family can accrue or redeem points from the same account.
A customer loses a Loyalty Card and needs to add a replacement card to his or her account.
Follow the steps below to add another code to a Loyalty Card.

CORESense allows you to combine loyalty cards should a customer request that Reward Points from multiple accounts be combined so that they can accrue or be used in a single account.
Follow the steps below to combine Loyalty Cards.

From the Combine Loyalty Cards box, click on the Look up Barcode link. |

Enter the last name or e-mail address of the customer whose Loyalty Card you wish to combine into the account you are currently editing. Click Search. |

Click Apply for the appropriate barcode. The Loyalty Card Code field will populate with the Card Code to be added. |

Click Submit. The new code is combined with the Customer Account being edited and is added to the list of codes in the Loyalty Card Code box. |

The system prompts you to confirm the action. Click OK. |
