Loyalty Reward Returns

The rules for the Loyalty Rewards Returns are:

  1. If a reward was applied to an order, it is redeemed.
  2. A reward is only reactivated if ALL items in the original order are returned. There are no reward re-issuances on partial returns.
  3. The returned reward is reactivated, using the original reward coupon code. Rewards are NOT available immediately after the return occurs, reactivation occurs as part of the daily cron.
  4. When reissued, the "Redeemed" column is decreased and the "Issued" column increases.

Use the system setting Issuance Delay to manage when rewards are granted in combination with your return policy.
