Windsor Circle CRM

CORESense has the ability to integrate data feeds with Windsor Circle, a customer segmentation and CRM software. The integration includes the transmission of product catalog and order transaction information. Once data has been received there are flag files that confirm the data has been received. Data Files

The three outgoing data files that communicate product catalog and order transaction information include:

Product Data feed: transmits a complete list of products.
Order Data feed: transmits all orders that have a status of shipped or voided that have not yet been sent.
Order Details Data Feed: transmits order details based on the Order Data feed.

Flag Files

The three outgoing flag files (one for each data feed) signify that the corresponding data file has been fully delivered.

The flag file is an empty file that is named identically to the data file it correlates to and has a file extension of .flg.
This file is transmitted to Windsor Circle only after the corresponding data file has been fully transferred and is ready to be processed.

Additionally, CORESense now supports data transmission via FTP, FTPS and SFTP.

Note: Windsor Circle only supports the transmission of website channel data.
