Amazon Channel Settings

The Amazon System Settings menu allows you to select the Order Lifecycle Automation settings behind the Amazon.com integration. These settings include standard and exception order status, tax eligibility, export file names, export/import paths, and lastly shipping method aliases.  Once these values are configured, you are ready to integrate with Amazon.com.

The table below details the purpose of each field. Read through the informational text below each field to learn what needs to be entered.

Description

Merchant Token:

This is obtained on the Account Info page within the Settings tab in your Amazon Seller Central account.  It is normally found at the bottom of this page labeled Your Merchant Token and starts with a M_.

Merchant ID:

This is obtained by signing up for the Amazon MWS at https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/mws/index.html.

As part of the signup process, you will need to authorize CORESense to access your account with MWS by selecting the "I want to give a developer access to my Amazon seller account with MWS radio button.
The CORESense developer account identifier is 8781-8843-0209.

You will need to enter this developer account identifier to authorize CORESense to access your account.

On the last page of the MWS sign-up process, you will see your Merchant ID and Marketplace ID.

Marketplace ID:

See Merchant ID description.

Authorization Token:

This authorization token represents the authorization of a specific developer by a specific Amazon seller. This is required as of June 30, 2015.

Endpoint:

Amazon Marketplace Web Service URL.

Default Order Status:

The status an order is placed into when order import completes without issue.

Exception Order Status:

The status an order is placed into if an exception or error occurs during order import.

Standard Shipping Method:

This should match your shipping settings in Amazon Seller Central.

Expedited Shipping Method:

This should match your shipping settings in Amazon Seller Central.

Next Day Shipping Method:

This should match your shipping settings in Amazon Seller Central.

Second Day Shipping Method:

This should match your shipping settings in Amazon Seller Central.

Free Economy Shipping Method:

This should match your shipping settings in Amazon Seller Central.

Same Day Shipping Method:

This should match your shipping settings in Amazon Seller Central.

Scheduled Shipping Method:

This should match your shipping settings in Amazon Seller Central.

Receivable Type:

Select...

Limit Available Warehouses:

Limit inventory availability and assignment to specified warehouses. If no warehouses are specified, all warehouses that are available for fulfillment will be used.

Inventory Availability Threshold:

If the quantity available for a SKU is less than or equal to the number specified here, an available quantity of 0 will be sent to Amazon.

MWS Go Live Date:

The beginning date of order import in YYYY-MM-DD format.

Product Feed:

Select...EnabledDisabled

Whether or not the Product Feed should run.

Product Configuration Feed:

Select...EnabledDisabled

Whether or not the Product Configuration Feed should run.

Product Cross Sell Feed:

Select...EnabledDisabled

Whether or not the Product Cross Sell Feed should run.

Product Image Feed:

Select...EnabledDisabled

Whether or not the Product Image Feed should run.

Product Pricing Feed:

Select...EnabledDisabled

Whether or not the Product Pricing Feed should run.

Inventory Availability Feed:

Select...EnabledDisabled

Whether or not the Inventory Availability Feed should run.

Send Only Active Products:

Select...TrueFalse

Whether or not only active products (global and channel) are sent to Amazon.

Send Only Standard Configurations:

Select...TrueFalse

If 'True' then send only Standard Configurations, not Upgrades, to Amazon.

Apply Payments:

Select...Apply payments at time of order creationApply payments manually

Whether or not Amazon payment should be applied automatically at order creation or

manually at a later time, while importing Amazon orders.

FBA Amazon Fulfillment Network Warehouse:

Select a warehouse to designate as AFN.

FBA Order Fulfillment Send Notification Email:

Select...YesNo

Whether or not Amazon should send ship-complete notifications to your customers on your behalf.

FBA Inbound Shipment Label Prep Preference:

The method to use for the label prep program.

FBA Inbound Shipment Polybag Prep Preference:

The method to use for the poly prep program.

FBA Priority Shipping Methods:

Select CORESense shipping methods to map to Amazon Priority shipping method.

FBA Expedited Shipping Methods:

Select CORESense shipping methods to map to Amazon Expedited shipping method.

FBA Standard Shipping Methods:

Select CORESense shipping methods to map to Amazon Standard shipping method.

Fulfillment Latency:

The number of days between the order date and the ship date.
