Order Manager Workflow

Workflow states are viewable through the Order Manager as an order moves through order automation based upon the states created in the Workflow State Manager. In the Actions section of an order, the current Workflow State is identified at the bottom.

Workflow Audit

To view any actions taken within the workflow of an order, click on the Workflow Audit link. An audit screen displays with the following information about the order:

Date
User
Initial State
Target State
Shipment Number
