Manager Overrides

Manager Override capability is available from all three managers – the Role Manager, Permission Manager and User Account Manager.

When you click on the Manager Override button it takes you to the  Manager Override Login  screen.

Manager Override button is located in the top-right corner of each screen

The manager has to enter the proper Supervisor Username and Password to activate override privileges in the  Manager Override Login  screen.

In the Add Temporary Permissions window, the uses the select boxes to grant permissions equal to or below his or her management level.

Note: Only permissions related to the section or manager being overridden are available.

Show All Permissions

The Show All Permissions link displays the permissions for all managers and all sections. It is necessary in order to grant a user access to new managers or new sections. Again, all permissions shown must have override levels that are equal to or lower than the management level of the user who is performing the override.

Note: Once temporary permissions are granted to a user, they remain in effect until the user logs out of the system.
