CORESense provides a list of standard reports that provide commonly used information for review based on a specific date range.
The list of standard reports that are described in the table below include some "legacy" reports that should not be used, as denoted in the description. The purpose of these reports is to provide data from an informational perspective based on the creation date of orders.
Important:To obtain reports for accounting purposes, use the Financials option in the Accounting section under Reporting.

The Accounts Receivable Report displays an aging report of all orders that have yet to be fully paid for that can be filtered by wither Order Status or Sales Channel. The results provide links from the individual customer name to the customer account details. |

Orders Balance Due Aging Report |
The Orders Balance Due Aging Report displays a list of all orders, grouped by a period of days (90, 120, Monthly), that are past due within a specified date range, which can be filtered by Brand. Orders Exception Report The highlighted fields are defined as follows: Earliest Backorder: Identifies date of a backordered item for the order. Verify the status against the backorder. If there are backorders, the status should not be In Shipping or Shipped. Unfulfilled Items: Identifies whether there is still an unfilled item with the order. Verify status, if there are unfulfilled items, the status should not be In Shipping or Shipped. Over Shipped: This would be a rare incident and should be reported to Support as a bug. Inventory Not in Shipment: Indicates that an item is not included in the shipment box. Check box editor of order shipment. Unshipped Shipments: Indicates the order status doesn't match the inventory status. Verify shipment dates and shipment status for order. Notes: System generated messages. |
