Standard Reports

CORESense provides a list of standard reports that provide commonly used information for review based on a specific date range.

The list of standard reports that are described in the table below include some "legacy" reports that should not be used, as denoted in the description. The purpose of these reports is to provide data from an informational perspective based on the creation date of orders.

Important:To obtain reports for accounting purposes, use the Financials option in the Accounting section under Reporting.

Accounts Receivable Report

The Accounts Receivable Report displays an aging report of all orders that have yet to be fully paid for that can be filtered by wither Order Status or Sales Channel. The results provide links from the individual customer name to the customer account details.

Adjustments

TheAdjustments Report displays either orders or returns that had an adjustment made and are grouped by the adjustment type within an specified date range.  Customer billing information can also be displayed in this report.

Backorder Report

The Backorder Report outputs details related to backordered SKUs and associate orders. The report includes Stock items on backorder as well as JIT and Drop-ship ship items that are on PO or in PO Queue.

Backorder Report

This report displays a list of scheduled or overdue sales orders that cannot be shipped due to inventory shortages. This report enables the user to define priorities and to accelerate purchase orders and fulfillment.
Users have the ability to run the Backorder report daily, weekly, or monthly. The backorder report displays all customer orders with an open quantity according to the selection criteria you enter.

Comments

The Comments report lists all comments, grouped by sales channel and comment type within a specified date range.

Commission

The Commission report lists total sales and returns for each salesperson, itemized by product as assigned to an order within a specified date range.

Customer Account Report

The report is customer based, not orders based and identifies what was paid and compares that amount to what was billed (shipped).

  • The system creates “invoices” for orders/returns having a due balance, which will run every day.
  • The amount recognized is the amount of balance due on the order/return.
  •  When payments are made against an account or an order with due balance, entries are created in the Account Ledger.

Shows the credit balance for all customers with a credit balance not equal to 0.

The eBay Performance report lists all auction activity for selected products within a specified date range.

Gift Certificates

The Gift Certificates Report displays a detailed summary of gift certificates including the total dollar amount issued, redeemed and expired for a specified date range. Cash In is itemized based on what was issued minus the amount issued with no originating order (i.e., donations customer service certificates).

Inventory Costs

The Inventory Costs Report displays the total cost of inventory by warehouse and identifies amount for inventory levels: In Stock, Reserved, and Assigned But Not Shipped / Delivered.

Loyalty Program Usage

The Loyalty Program Usage report displays all loyalty reward earnings and usage per customer within a specified date range.

Loyalty Points Report

The Loyalty Points Report allows you to enter an amount of points below the threshold so you can view which customers are close to receiving a reward. This report can be exported to CSV files that can then be used for third-party communication tools or for further analysis.

Orders Balance Due Aging Report

The Orders Balance Due Aging Report displays a list of all orders, grouped by a period of days (90, 120, Monthly), that are past due within a specified date range, which can be filtered by Brand. The results provide links from the individual customer name to the customer account details.

Orders Exception Report

The highlighted fields are defined as follows:

Earliest Backorder: Identifies date of a backordered item for the order. Verify the status against the backorder. If there are backorders, the status should not be In Shipping or Shipped.

Unfulfilled Items: Identifies whether there is still an unfilled item with the order. Verify status, if there are unfulfilled items, the status should not be In Shipping or Shipped.

Over Shipped: This would be a rare incident and should be reported to Support as a bug.

Inventory Not in Shipment: Indicates that an item is not included in the shipment box. Check box editor of order shipment.

Unshipped Shipments: Indicates the order status doesn't match the inventory status. Verify shipment dates and shipment status for order.

Order Exception Report

The Orders Exception Report displays a list of all orders that have been flagged with a status that is an exception to the order lifecycle automation. You can sort by a single Order Status or choose multiple statuses.

Payments Reports

The Payments Report displays a listing of all order payments applied within a specified date range. Payments can be filtered to display for one or all Sales Channels and Brands through which orders were placed. Results can be grouped by Receivable Type and/or Customer. The results provide links from the individual customer name to the customer account details.

Important! Authorized credit card payments that have yet to be captured are not included in report results.

Provides a list of orders with inventory states of each order item.

Product Configuration Exception Report

Provides a list of products where the inventory requirements do not match the configurations.  In most cases this means configurations that have not been assigned inventory requirements. The results provide links from the individual product name to the product details screen in the Product Manager.

The Returns Report displays a list of all orders, grouped by sales channel, status, or brands that occurred within a specified date range.

The Sales Reps report lists total sales for each salesperson as assigned to an order  within a specified date range.

Sales Tax Report

The Sales Tax Report displays the total sales tax dollar amount by state for orders either created or shipped within a specified date range. Sales tax is calculated at the time of order placement using defined sales tax rules.

The Sales Channel Gross Margin displays sales information, grouped by sales channel, for orders created within a specified date range.

The Value Cards Report displays a detailed summary of value cards including the total dollar amount issued, redeemed and expired for a specified date range. The results provide links from the individual value card IDs to the value card details in the Value Card Manager.

Value Card Transactions

The Value Cards Transactions displays a list value card transactions including the store, Sales Rep ID, transaction type, Vale Card #, total dollar amount, and transaction ID for a specified date range.

Wish List Report

The Wish List assists in determining customer interest per product. The report shows the number of units of each product on a customer’s Wish List and includes the following controls:

  • Channel selector of web channels, to filter results for the selected channel.
  • Added Date Start and End, to specify date range when items were added to wish list.

The report includes all Active products that meet channel and Add Date parameters.
