The Sales Order Interface (SOI) is most commonly used for creating new orders, it can also be used for making a quote, updating a customer account or simply checking inventory availability. Depending on your implementation, the SOI supports either single ship-to or multiple ship-to orders. Refer to the separate instructions for each ship-to setup to learn how to create an order for that setup.
The SOI is located within the CORESense Back Office in the Order Processing tab > Order Manager. Click the lunch button and the SOI opens in the current browser window.
