GoDataFeed Order Import Setup

Prerequisites

GoDataFeed Account

You must have an Active GoDataFeed account upgraded for order import.

Create App to generate API Keys

In GoDataFeed, navigate to Store -> Your Store -> GoDataFeed API. Click (+) sign to create new app.
Enter the following next to the respective fields:
1. Consumer name as "CORESense"
2. Token Lifespan as "Never Expires"
3. Click "Save" and wait for the app to get created
4. Then, select all permissions and click "Save"
5. Copy the consumer key so you can enter the CORESense Store setting

Shipping Methods

Ensure you have defined "Shipping Methods" under your marketplace source (see screenshot below): GDF shipping Methods

Note: Mapping for shipping methods in CORESense is based on the "Store shipping method value" field

ChannelAdvisor Product Export

The GoDataFeed Order import only works if you send product/option information to GoDataFeed using the Channel Advisor Exports (see Data Feed Management).Information from the Channel Advisor feeds is used to populate the configuration options in the model_configurations and model_configuration_options tables which is used to match products on order import.

GoDataFeed Channel in CORESense

The GoDataFeed channel is setup upon request. To request, enter a customer support ticket in the Support portal to have the GoDataFeed channel enabled in your back office.

Setting up GoDataFeed Store in CORESense

Go to Data Feed Manager and create order import feed.
1. Create a feed for GoDataFeed Order Import Feed Type with Invocation Triggered and ensure to add one Local Transport Method with arbitrary filename into it.
Navigate to the System Setting Manager -> Channels -> GoDataFeed
1. From the dropdown, select "[Create new Store]"
2. Enter your store details and paste the consumer key which you copied from GDF portal as instructed above
3. Map channels and shipping methods:
4. Click Save to configure the store.
