Multi-Channel Management

CORESense supports the following sales channel types: Point of Sale, Sales Order Interface (Guided Online Order Entry), CORESense Websites, BigCommerce Websites, Shopify Websites and GoDataFeed managed Markeplaces. Orders are centrally captured, managed and fulfilled using the CORESense Order and Shipment Managers.

Products are centrally created, managed and uploaded to one or more these channels from the the CORESense Product Manager and using the Deal Manager customers can create promotions that work in a single or multiple channels. Finally, inventory is synchronized across all channels in real time reducing overstocking and stock-outs.

The table below describes some of the functionality available to each channel.

CORESense Connect™ Terminal Point of Sale (POS)	CORESense Connect™ Terminal Point of Sale (POS) and Store Operations solution is a feature-rich customer centric retail store system that empowers store personnel to quickly and accurately process customer transactions and deliver personalized customer service. With a lightning fast and intuitive user interface and seamless back office integration, it provides staff with complete product and customer information including inventory levels, configuration details, cross-sale and up-sale options and full order and return history. Whether you have one store or one hundred stores, CORESense Connect provides you with real-time control and visibility. CORESense Connect™ Terminal Point of Sale (POS) runs on standard computer hardware and secure and reliable Ubuntu operating system. Each POS terminal is synchronized in real time with the CORESense web-based retail management application.
Sales Order Interface	The Sales Order Interface (SOI) is online order entry interface optimized for manual sales order entry. Its ideal for catalog, telesales and consultive sales operations. Its intuitive, guided interface allows staff to easily search or create new customers, search for and add standard or special orders products, check inventory and active promotions, configure products or add personalizations, generate quotes, turn quotes into orders, setup recurring orders, select shipment methods and accept payment immediately or on account. With the CORESense SOI you sales and customer support teams are empowered to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Ecommerce Website	CORESense provides a fully customizable template driven website platform that enables clients to create compelling, search friendly and manageable ecommerce websites that differentiate your brands, attract shoppers, maximize conversions and increase average order size. The CORESense Ecommerce Website is fully integrated with the Connect™ Terminal Point of Sale (POS), other channels and the CORESense Connect™ Retail Business Management solution. See
3rd Party Ecommerce Platforms	Shopify and BigCommerce users can use CORESense (CS) for order, product and inventory management, order fulfillment and point of sale. See Bigcommerce Integration and Shopify Integration for more information.
GoDataFeed	CORESense integrates with GoDataFeed.com enabling clients to sell their products across multiple marketplaces including Amazon and import those orders into CORESense for fulfillment. Orders are imported using the GoDataFeedOrder import and products and inventory are fed to GoDataFeed using the Data Feed Manager.
Data Feed Import/Export	CORESense's Data Feed Managemer can be used to export products, import orders and shipping information with a 3rd party applications or marketplaces that support flat file exchange of data in xml or csv formats. Data Feeds can be manually triggered or scheduled. CORESense offers a variety of standard data feed templates and custom data feeds can be built to your specifications through CORESense Professional Services.
CORESense API	CORESense clients can build integrations with 3rd party applications allowing the export of products, inventory and shipment information and import of new orders. Contact CORESense Custom Support for access to the CORESene API.
