Order Discount

This Discount Type involves discount on an order subtotal and is not associated with particular products. For example, spend $100 and receive 20% off your order total.

To create a new Order Discount deal, navigate to the Deal Manager, click on Create New Deal button in the Search field section and complete the following steps:

1. Set General Attributes

2. Set Discount Detail Attributes

3. Set Customer Criteria

Set General Attributes

Follow the steps below to setup General Attributes for an Order Discount.

Step	Action
1	In the Order Threshold field, indicate the minimum order amount needed to receive the order discount. If the promotion is food for any purchase amount, enter 0 (zero). Set the Product Quantity Threshold to determine the required quantity needed of any of the included products on that deal for the deal to apply. In the Discount Amount field, indicate the Percent or Dollar amount of the discount for the deal. Select Product Criteria as needed: Products to Excluded = all products excepts those that are identified under Exclude tab Products to Include = only products identified under Include tab
2	Click the Create New Promotion button to confirm the General and Detail attributes.
3	Confirm the promotion by clicking OK or click Cancel to go back to edit attributes.
4	Continue to Set Customer Criteria.
