Grid Purchase Order Overview

CORESense provides the ability to create purchase orders for Grid Products in using a grid or matrix format, setting order quantities in one, two or three dimensional grids, e.g color, size and width.

There is a grid for every value in third dimension and the first two dimensions are displayed in the grid. For example In the image beow there is a grid for each color and each grid incudes the Size and Width. Each row/column in the grid represents the qty to order for the size/width in that color. The qty can be entered using a Size Run, which is a preset quantity for each dimensional combination, or manually. Grid purchase orders can also be created through automation with the quantities determined the model stock for the product and ordering location. Finally, quantities can be entered manually.

Purchase Orders for Grid products can be created using the matrix format show in the above image through the Purchase Order Builder. The are managed just like non-grid products using the Purchase Order Manager.
