Website Loyalty Programs

There are several things you must understand in order to successfully manage a Loyalty Program from your website.

Enroll in Loyalty Program

The following steps illustrates how a customer enrolls in a Loyalty Program from your website.

Step	Action
1	The customer clicks on the My Account link on the website home page to setup an account.
2	Once the account is created, the customer logs in to access the My Account summary screen.
3	The customer clicks on the Join button to enroll.
4	The system automatically enrolls the customer so that Loyalty Card Points and Points Need to Earn a Reward are automatically updated. Note: When a customer signs up for a Loyalty Program on the Web, a pre-determined number of bonus points is automatically added to the Loyalty Card. This number of bonus points is established in Loyalty Program Manager in the CORESense Back Office.
5	Points needed to earn another reward. This threshold for the points needed to earn a reward is set in System Settings of the CORESense Back Office.
6	Customers can use the Quick Links from the My Account screen to edit account information. Once changes are made by clicking on the appropriate link, the customer clicks Submit.

A customer follows the steps below to view and then print out a reward coupon.

Step	Action
1	From the My Account screen, the customer clicks the Rewards Quick Link.
2	A list of active, non-expired rewards display. Click on the View link to access the reward details.
3	The coupon document is a downloadable PDF, which can be printed Note: The maintenance of the coupon is found in the Brand Manager.
4	The coupon document includes the following: Currency Value An associated bar code Customer Address Information Company Information Custom text or company logo, if desired

A customer follows the steps below to redeem a coupon on the website.

Step	Action
1	Login to the account.
2	Click on the My Account link.
3	Click on the Rewards link to access the My Rewards screen.
4	Choose the appropriate reward, and the coupon document. Click on the Use link.
5	The coupon code loads into the user’s Web site session, and the promotion is automatically activated on the website. The system displays the coupon successfully applied message and from that point forward, all products will reflect the promotion Important: Rewards Coupons are for one-time use only. The system expires them once they have been redeemed.
