The Transfer Manager is where a transfer goes through the final processing in preparation for pick/pack procedures. If you just created a transfer in the queue, it will automatically appear in the Transfer Manager when selecting the Transfer Manager from the Products tab drop-down list. If you need to locate a different transfer or are entering the Transfer Manager directly you will need to use the Filter Transfers tool to search for the transfer you wish to process. Depending on the size of your organization there may be several transfers queued daily or even hourly.
If you are unable to locate the transfer, you can also create a new transfer from here by clicking ‘New Transfer.’ This will take you to the Transfer Builder where you can construct a new transfer and send it to the Transfer Queue. Note: if you aren’t able to locate a transfer in the Transfer Manager, check the Transfer Queue before creating a new transfer.
