New Product Wizard Overview

The New Product Wizard allows a new product to be created using a streamlined, four-step wizard interface.  The user can navigate back and forth between steps and choose to save the new SKU and/or product at any time. Only the information entered in the steps is saved to the new product. The New Product Wizard supports:

Important:  If adding a product with product configurations (standards and upgrades), it is recommended to only complete Steps 1, 3 and 4. By skipping Step 2, a new SKU is not created or related to the new product. To complete the product configurations, use the   Add Product Configurations, Create New SKUs, and  Create   SKU/Inventory Relationships   steps from the Standard Method.

Updates

Once a product has been setup using the New Product Wizard, it is maintained using the information provided in the Manual New Product Method. Each of the product components are addressed there for review and reference.
